का.आ. 5363(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम,

2008 (2008 की संख्या 11) जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20क के उपखंड (1) द्वारा

प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुये, यह समाधान हो िाने के पश्चात् दक लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, यह भूजम जिसका संजिप्त

जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में दिया गया है, रािस्ट्थान राज्य के करोली जिले में कोटा मथुरा सेक्िन के मध्य करोली

जिले में समपार संख्या 202 पर रोड ओवर जिि का जनमााण काया की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पािन के जलये आवश्यक

है, ऐसी भूजम के अिान करने के आिय दक घोषणा करती है;

उक्त भूजम के जलये इच्छुक कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन दक तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर,

उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपयुाक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिान और उपयोग के

संबंध में आिेप कर सकेगा; प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अथाात्, उपखंड अजधकारी, तालुका हहडौन, जिला करौली

को जलजखत रूप में दकया िाएगा िो दक आिेप का

आधार होगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताा को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या कानूनी प्रजक्टिनर के माध्यम से सुनवाई अवसर प्रिान

करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुनवाई और िााँच करने के पश्चात, यदि आवश्यक समझे तो, आिेि द्वारा या तो आिेपों के

जलये अनुमजत िेगा या अनुमजत प्रिान नहीं करेगा;

उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20घ दक उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दिया गया आिेि अंजतम होगा। इस

अजधसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूजम योिना और अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छुक व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उक्त

उल्लेजखत कायाालय में उनका जनररिण दकया िा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

Kota, the 29th September, 2026

(Addendum required in already published E-Gazette Notification No. 4479, S.O. 4860 (E)

dated 08 November 2024)

S.O. 5363(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 20A of the Railways Act,

1989 (24 of 1989) and the Railways (Amendment) ACT, 2008 (No. 11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred in as the said

act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which

has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, Kota-

Mathura section in Kaurali District Construction of Road Over Bridge on LC No. 202 Project in District Karauli in the

State of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquired such land:

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose

under sub-section(1) of section 20D of the said Act:

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub Divisional Officer, Taluka

Hindaun City, District Karauli, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give

the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may. After hearing all such

objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either

allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected

by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
