(i), तारीख 03 िुलाई 2026 में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (रेलवे बोडा) की अजधसूचिा संखयांक सा.का.जि.

563(अ), तारीख 29 िूि 2026 (जिसे इसमें इसके पिात् उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया है) द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचिा से उपाबद्ध

अिुसूची में जवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम को गुिरात राज्य के िामिगर जिले मे रािकोट-कािालुस ब्रोड गेि इकहरी लाईि का दोहरीकरण

पररयोििा िाम की जविेष रेल पररयोििा के जिष्पादि, अिुरक्षण, प्रबंधि, और प्रचालि के जलये अर्िात करिे के अपिे

आिय की घोषणा की थी।

और उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उसत अजधजियम की धारा 20क की उप-धारा (4) के अधीि दैजिक समाचार पत्र

"संदेि" में तारीख 04 अगस्ट्त 2026 और "दद टाइम्स ऑफ़ इजडडया" में तारीख 05 अगस्ट्त 2026 को प्रकाजित दकया गया

था, और सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िहीं दकया गया।

अत:, अब, केडद्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटा के प्राप्त होिे पर और रेल अजधजियम, 1989 की धारा

20(ङ) की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करी है की इससे उपाबद्द अिुसूची में जवजिर्दाष्ट

भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी।

और केडद्रीय सरकार; उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20(ङ) की उप-धारा (2) के अिुसरण में यह और घोषणा करती है

की इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होिे पर इससे उपाबद्द अिुसूची में जवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लंगमो से मुक्त होकर

अडय रूप से केडद्रीय सरकार में जिजहत होगी |

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai , the 1st September, 2026

S.O. 5416(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway

Board), number G.S.R. 563(E), dated 29th June, 2026 published in Gazette of India Extraordinary. Part II, section -3,

Sub-section (i), dated 3rd July, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) under sub-section (1) of section

20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, has

declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for execution,

maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely, Rajkot-Kanalus doubling of Broad Gauge

single line in District Jamnagar in the State of Gujarat;

And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily “Sandesh” dated 04 August, 2026

and “The Times of India” dated 05 August, 2026 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act;

And, whereas, Nil objection has been received by the competent authority;

And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the power

conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands

specified in the Schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto

shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
