का.आ. 5419(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार को, ऐसा प्रतीत होता है दक लोकजहत में यह आवश्यक है दक गुिरात राज्य
मे एल.पी.िी. के पररवहन के जलए कंडला (गुिरात) से गोरखपुर(उत्तरप्रिेि) एल.पी.िी. पाइपलाइन पररयोिना के
दियान्द्वयन हेतु आइ.एच.बी. जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबछाई िानी आवश्यक है ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है, दक ऐसी भूजम
में िो इस से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित हैं, और जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है, उपयोग के अजधकार
का अििन दकया िाए ।
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन) अजधजनयम,
1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए उस भूजम में उपयोग के
अजधकार का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती हैं ।
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में जहतबद्ध हैं, उस तारीख से, जिसको इस अजधसूचना में युक्त भारत
के रािपत्र की प्रजतयां साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती हैं, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबछाए
िाने के जलए उसमें उपयोग के अजधकार के सबन्द्ध में श्रीमजत ज्योजतबेन रजवभाई गोहेळ सक्षम प्राजधकारी और उप कलेक्टर
(भाचाउ), प्रांत कायािलय, पहली मंजिल, जसजवल कोटि के पास, भाचाउ-३७०१४० को जलजखत रूप में आक्षेप भेि सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th September, 2026
S.O. 5419(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of LPG in the State of Gujarat, a pipeline should be laid for implementing Kandla (Gujarat) –
Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) LPG pipeline (KGPL) project by IHB Limited.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is
described in the schedule annexed to this notification.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person who is interested in the land described in the said schedule, may submit objection in writing to
Mrs Jyotiben Ravibhai Gohel Competent Authority and Deputy Collector (Bhachau), Prant Office, 1st Floor, Near
Civil Court, Bhachau-370140 within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of this notification Issued
under Sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the
general public.
