रेलवे अजधजनयम 1989 की धारा 20ए के तहत सूचना

का.आ. 5429(अ).— रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम, 1989(24/89) (जिसे इसके बाद उक्त अजधजनयम कहा

गया है) की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों के तहत, केंद्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के बाद

कक सावविजनक उद्देश्य के जलए, भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण यहां संलग्न अनुसूची में कदया गया है, जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना

के जनष्पादन के जलए आवश्यक है, अर्ावत्, आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के जवियनगरम जिले में “जविाखापत्तनम जडवीिन (पहले

वाल्टेयर जडवीिन) की हावड़ा-जविाखापत्तनम मेन लाइन पर चीपुरुपल्ली - गाररजवडी स्ट्टेिनों के बीच ककमी 789/33-35

पर जस्ट्र्त मैन-युक्त एल.सी संख्या 448 को बंद करके उसके स्ट्र्ान पर रोड ओवर जिि का जनमावण।” इसके द्वारा एसी भूजम

का अजधग्रहण करने का इरादा घोजषत करती है।

उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से (30) तीस कदन की अवजध

के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिवन पर आपजत्त उठा

सकेगा।

प्रत्येक आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ावत भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी (काला) संयुक्त कलेक्टर

व्यवसायी के माध्यम से, सुनवाई का अवसर देगा, और ऐसे आपजत्तयां सुनने के पश्चात् और आवश्यक आगे की िांच, यकद

कोई हो, करने के पश्चात्, िैसा कक सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकेगा।

उक्त अजधजनयम के 20D की उप-धारा(2) के अंतगवत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा िारी ककया गया कोई भी आदेि को

अंजतम माना िाएगा। इस अजधसूचना के अंतगवत आने वाली भूजम की योिनाएं और अन्य जववरण उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छुक

व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उपरोक्त कायावलय में उनका जनरीिण ककया िा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

Visakhapatnam, the 29th September, 2026

Notice under Section 20A of the Railways Act-1989

S.O. 5429(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways

(Amendment) Act, 1989 (24/89) (herein after referred as the said Act.), the Central Government, after being satisfied

that for the public purpose, the Land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to is required

for the execution of Special Railway Project, namely, “Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of

manned LC No 448 at Km 789/33-35 between Cheepurupalli - Garividi Stations on the Howrah – Visakhapatnam

Main Line of Visakhapatnam Division (Erstwhile Waltair Road Division)” in Vizianagaram district in the state of

Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may within a period of (30) thirty days from the date of publication of

the notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under

sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Competent Authority for Land Acquisition

(CALA) i.e. the Joint Collector (JC), Vizianagaram for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of

manned LC No 448 at Km 789/33-35 between Cheepurupalli - Garividi Stations on the Howrah – Visakhapatnam

Main Line of Visakhapatnam Division (Erstwhile Waltair Road Division) in writing, and shall set out grounds thereof

and competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal

practitioner and may after hearing all such objections and after making such further inquiry if any as the competent

authority thinks necessary by order either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of 20D of the said Act shall be final. The

land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the

interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.

Brief description of land (Annexure-I) attached here with to be acquired with or without structures, for Special

Railway Project namely “Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of manned LC No.448 at Km

789/33-35 between Cheepurupalli – Garividi Stations on the Howrah – Visakhapatnam Main Line of
