(अ), कदिांक 16 अक्टूबर 2025, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित हुई

है (जिसे इसके पश्चात ‘उक्त अजधसूचिा’ कहा गया है) और रेलर्े अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अजधजियम के रुप में उद्धृत) की धारा 20 क उपधारा (1) के तहत िारी की गई थी, केन्द्र सरकार िे

झारखण्ड राज्य के पूर्ी ससंहभूम जिले में जर्िेष रेलर्े पररयोििा के रूप मे "बूरामारा-चाकुजलया ( 59.96 ककमी. )

िई लाइि” (39.70 ककमी. अिुभाग) के जिष्पादि, अिुरिण, प्रबंधि और पररचालि के जलए उक्त अजधसूचिा के

साथ संलग्न अिुसूची में जर्जिर्दवष्ट भूजम अजधग्रजहत करिे का जिणवय जलया है।

और, िबकक उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम के धारा 20क के उप-धारा(4) के तहत दैजिक

समाचार पत्रों अथावत् “प्रभात खबर” और “दैजिक भास्ट्कर” मे कदिांक 23 िर्ंबर, 2025 को प्रकाजित ककया गया

था।

और िबकक, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ के तहत आपजि को सुिर्ाई के दौराि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा

ककसी भी व्यजक्त से कोई याजचका/आपजि प्राप्त िहीं हुई है।

और िबकक, उजल्लजखत अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उप-धारा(1) के अिुसरण में, सिम प्राजधकारी िे

केन्द्र सरकार को अपिी ररपोटव प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी है;

अतः अब सिम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटव प्रास होिे पर तथा उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा

(1) द्वारा प्रदि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार यह घोषणा करती है कक इसके साथ संलग्न अिुसूची में

जर्जिर्दवष्ट भूजम पूर्ोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िवत की िाएगी;

और इसके आगे, उजल्लजखत अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (2) के अिुसरण में, केन्द्र सरकार

एतद् द्वारा घोषणा करती है कक, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि के बाद, इसके साथ ही संलग्न अिुसूची में

जर्जिर्दवष्ट की गई भूजम पूणवतया केन्द्र सरकार की हो िाएगी िो सभी अजतक्रमणों से मुक्त होगी।

NOTIFICATION

Kolkata, the 3rd October, 2026

S.O. 5437(E).— Whereas, by the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (South

Eastern Railway/Construction Organization), number 4578 S.O.4707(E), dated the 16^th october, 2025 published in the

Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), (herein after referred to as the said notification) and

issued under sub section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)(herein after referred to as the said

Act), the Central Government, declares its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said

notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely

"Buramara-Chakulia (59.96 Km.) new line (39.70 Km. section pertains to the district: East Singbhum) in the State of

Jharkhand.

And. whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily newspapers, namely ‘Prabhat

Khabar’ and ‘Dainik Bhaskar’ dated 23^rd November, 2025 under section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;

And, whereas, no petition/objection has been received from any person by the competent authority during

hearing of objection under section 20D of the said Act;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent

authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central

Government hereby declares that the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid

purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed

hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
