का.आ (अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, जिकजसत भारत - रोज़गार और आिीजिका के जलए गारंटी जमिन

(ग्रामीण): िीबी-िी राम िी (जिकजसत भारत- िी राम िी) अजधजनयम, 2025 (2025 का 36) (जिसे इसके बाि 'उक्त

अजधजनयम' कहा गया है) की धारा 31 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो िाने

पर दक ऐसा करना आिश्यक और समीचीन है, उक्त अजधजनयम की अनुसूची I में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, िो इस

अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत होगा, अर्ाात्:-

2. उक्त अजधजनयम की अनुसूची I में, पैरा 4 में, उप-पैरा (2) में, खंड (ख) में, उप-खंड (अ) में, मि (viii) में,

“केंद्रीय सरकार” िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर “केंद्रीय सरकार और राज्य सरकार” िब्ि प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकए िाएंगे।

New Delhi, the 5th October

S.O. 5447(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 31 of the Viksit Bharat -

Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin): VB- G RAM G (जिकजसत भारत - िी राम िी) Act, 2025 (36 of

2025) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary and

expedient so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the SCHEDULE I to the said Act, with effect from the

date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-

2. In the SCHEDULE I to the said Act in paragraph 4, in sub-paragraph (2), in clause (b), in sub-clause (A), in

item (viii), for the words “Central Government” the words “Central Government and State Government” shall be

substituted.
