का.आ. 5450(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार िे रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे (संिोधि) अजधजियम

2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20क के खंड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त

िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधाि हो िािे के पश्चात् कक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए, उक्त भूजम जिसका संजिप्त जववरण

इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में कदया गया है, रािस्ट्थाि राज्य में अिमेर – चंदेररया खंड (178.28 ककमी) दोहरीकरण

पररयोििा (जविेष रेल पररयोििा) के जिष्पादि, अिुरिण, प्रबन्द्धि और पररचालि के जलए अपेजित है, ऐसी भूजम का

अिाि करिे के आिय की घोषण करती है :

उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख से 30 (तीस) कदि की अवजध

के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीि पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि और

उपयोग के सम्बन्द्ध में आिेप कर सकेगा :

प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अथाात उपखण्ड अजधकारी- जचत्तौड़गढ़,, जिला- जचत्तौड़गढ़, रािस्ट्थाि को

जलजखत में ककया िायेगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपवर्णणत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताा को व्यजक्तगत रूप से

या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुिवाई करिे तथा ऐसी और

िांच करिे के पश्चात् यकद कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को अिुज्ञात कर

सकेगा या अििुज्ञात कर सकेगा :

उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा(2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा ककया गया कोई आदेि अंजतम होगा।

इस अजधसूचिा के अधीि आिे वाली भूजम का रेखांकि और भूजम के अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध है और जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम

प्राजधकारी के उपयुाक्त कायाालय में उिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, the 5th October

S.O. 5450(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway

(Amendment) Act, 2008(11 of 2008) and the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) hereinafter referred to as the said Act.

The central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has

been given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution, maintenance, management and operation of

Special Railway Project of namely: " Ajmer – Chanderiya (178.28 Km.) Doubling Project (Special Railway

Project) in Ajmer Division State of Rajasthan hereby declares its intention to acquire such land;

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose

under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act;

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub Divisional officer,

Chittaurgarh, District Chittaurgarh, Rajasthan in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the competent

authority, shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after

hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary,

by order, either allow or disallow the objections;

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) if section 20D of the said Act shall be

final;

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected

by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
