कलेक्टर (ला) िह, कोजधहकोडे, धसधिल स्टेशि, कोजधहकोडे (NH66) के कक.मी 230.4 ककमी 258.8 से केरल राज्य के तक

के पेव्ड शोल्डर के साथ दो लेि में उन्नयि हेतु उि अिुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उधल्लधखत राज्य,

धजलों, तालुकों और र्ािों से सम्बधन्द्ित उि अिुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्सस्थािी प्रधिधि में धिधिर्दगि भूधम के सम्बन्द्ि में

अिुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उधल्लधखत अधिकाररयों को उि अधिधियम के अन्द्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकाररयों के कृत्सयों का धिष्पादि

करिे के धलए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th October, 2026

S.O. 5504(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the

corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column

(4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for upgradation to 2 laning with paved shoulders of km. 230.4 to

258.8 of Special Deputy Collector (LA) NH, Kozhikode, Civil Station Kozhikode (NH66 ) in the State of KERALA.
