साथ पठित केंद्रीय रेिम बोडड (न् याजयक जनणडय, िांच करने की पद्धजत और िाजस्ट्त अजधरोपण) जनयम, 2026 के

जनयम 4 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा अजधजनयम की धारा 14 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड

(क) और (ग) तथा धारा 14क के अधीन िांच करने और िाजस्ट्तयां अजधरोजपत करने के प्रयोिनों के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत

अजधकाठरयों को उनके सामने उजल्लजखत अजधकार क्षेत्रों के संबंध में न् याजयक अजधकारी जनयुि करती है, नामत:-

(2) न् याजयक अजधकाठरयों द्वारा पाठरत आिेिों के जवरुद्ध अपीलें, यदि कोई हों, केंद्रीय रेिम बोडड अजधजनयम, 1948 की धारा

14ख की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन केंद्र सरकार द्वारा जनयुि अपीलीय प्राजधकारी के समक्ष प्रस्ट्तुत की िाएंगी।

(3) न् याजयक अजधकाठरयों द्वारा प्राप्त सभी जिकायतों का जनपटारा केंद्रीय रेिम बोडड (न् याजयक जनणडय, िांच करने की पद्धजत

एवं िाजस्ट्त अजधरोपण) जनयम, 2026 में जनर्िडष्ट प्रदक्रया के अनुसार दकया िाएगा, तथा न् याजयक अजधकारी केंद्रीय रेिम बोडड

अजधजनयम, 1948 और उि जनयमों के अधीन उन्हें प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करेंगे एवं कायों का जनवडहन करेंगे।

(4) यह अजधसूचना भारत के रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की जतजथ से प्रवृत्त होगी।

New Delhi, the 8th October, 2026

S.O. 5551(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 14B of the Central Silk

Board Act, 1948 (61 of 1948) read with rule 4 of the Central Silk Board (Adjudication and Manner of Holding Inquiry

and Imposition of Penalty) Rules, 2026, the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers as the

adjudicating officers for the purposes of holding inquiries and imposing penalties under clauses (a) and (c) of sub-

section (1) of section 14 and section 14A of the Act, in respect of the jurisdictions indicated against each of them,

(2) The appeals, if any, against the orders passed by the adjudicating officers shall lie before the appellate authority

appointed by the Central Government under sub-section (2) of section 14B of the Central Silk Board Act, 1948.

(3) All complaints received by the adjudicating officers shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedure specified

in the Central Silk Board (Adjudication and Manner of Holding Inquiry and Imposition of Penalty) Rules, 2026, and the

adjudicating officers shall exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred upon them under the Central Silk

Board Act, 1948 and the said rules.

(4) This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
