4. PROBATION PERIOD

AJl the officials who have been promoted to the PosUl

Service Group 'B' will be on probation for two years and

their suitability to hold this post will be adjudged on comple

rion of two years of probation.

If any official proceeds on

leave for a period exceeding 30 days during this period, the

probation period will bo extended depending upon the period

of leave.

5. TRAINING

AH the officials will be directly promoted to Postal Service

Group 'B' without any training for the present.

However

they will have to undergo the prescribed training as and when

notified by Director, PSC, Ghaziabad.

6. OPTION FOR FIXATION OF PAY

All the officers who wish to give option for choosing date

for fixation of pay under FR-22(i)(.a)(l) should do so within

one month from the date of promotion.

The circles of allotment will immediately issue posting ordei

and in any case not later than 25-01-2001.

The Circles ia

which the officials are presently working will relieve the offi-

cials immediately on receipt of posting orders from the circles

to which they arc posted. In case, any official does not join

ine post to which he is posted with in one month from the

date of issue Of posting ordera, it will be presumed that ho has

declined the promotion and his name is llab'e to be removed

from the select list as having declined promotion.
