NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st September, 2001

S..O.933(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by

sub-section (4) of section 205 C of the Companies Act, 1956

(1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the

following further amendments in the notification of

Government of India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and

Company Affairs, Department of Company Affairs, number

S.O.1087(E) dated the 11th November, 1999, namely :—

In the said notification for serial number 1 and the

entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,

namely:—

"Shri Vinod Dhall, IAS, Secretary,

Department of Company Affairs

Chairman.".
