S.O. 936(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

on me under Section 9 of Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962)

read with Notification No. 33/94-Cus. (N.T.) dated 1-7-1994

of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue, New Delhi, I hereby declare

FORTMOHALLA, MYSORE, MYSORE DISTRICT" in thc

State of Karnataka to be a warehousing station under

Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) for the

limited purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Units

approved by the Government of India, Ministry of Industry,

Department of Industrial Approvals, New Delhi.
