S.O. 955(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Notification No. 33/94 Customs (NT) dated 01.07,1994

of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue, New Delhi, the Village Kuttapuzha

of Thiruvalla Taluk, Pathanamthitta District in the State of

Kerala is declared as a Warehousing Station under Section

9 of the Customs Act 1962 (52 of 1962) for the limited

purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented

Undertakings.
