New Delhi, the 27th September 2001

No. 47/2001-NT-Customs

S.O. 958(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (2) of

Section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and

sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 14

of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central

Government hereby makes the following amendments in

the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of

Finance, Department of Revenue No. 38/2001-NT-CUS.

[S.O. 830(E)J dated 28th August, 2001 (imports goods),

namely:—

In the Schedule-I of the said Notification for serial

No. 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall

be substituted, namely :—
