replaced by the following new Regulation 1.7 :

tions and on whose account the Clearing Member clears and

settles deals.

For this purpose, the term "CUent"

shall

include all registered constituents of trading

Explanation 1 : The terms 'Constituent' and 'Client'

used interchangeably in the Byelaws, Rules &

Regulations

and shall have the same meaning assigned hereto.
