S.R.O.205.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903), the
Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to impose restrictions specfied in clause (c) of Section 7 of the
said Act upon the use and enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule given below, being land lying in the vicinity
of 2203 AP (22 Amn Coy) at Samba in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, in order that the said land may be kept free from
buildings and other obstructions, namely :—

Defence namely 2203 AP(22 Amn Coy) in the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
