The Government Promissory Note No, BC 2124, BC 2125.
HC 2126, BC 2127 and BC 2257 of the Govt, of India
regarding 10% Relief Bonds 1995, matured in the year 2001,
amounting to Rs. 1,51,000/- (3 notes of Rs. 25,000/- each,
of Rs. 1,000/-; and of Rs. 75,000'/-) originally standing
in
the names of Mrs. Urmila N. Acharya, and Mrs. Sunita S.
Chopra and last endorsed to the prepreater by whom it was
never endorsed to any other person, having been lost. Notice
is hereby given that payment of the above notes and
the
interest thereupon has been stopped at the Public Debt
office at Byculla, Mumbai-400 006, and that the application
is about to be made for the issue, of Duplicate Notes in
favour of the proprietor. The public are cautioned
against
purchasing or otherwise dealing with the abovementioned
securities,
