1470), the Boaid of Bank of Baroda in consultation with the

Reserve Bank ol India and with the pieMOus sanction ol ihc

Central Government, hereby makes the lollowing Regulations

to amend the Bank ol Baioda Olhtei Employees' (Conduct)

Regulations, 1976 namely —

1 (i)

These Regulations may be called the Bank ol Baroda

Oflieer Employees' (Conduct) Amendment

Regulations. 2001.

(n)

They shall come into lorce on the date ol their

publication in the "Official Gazette"

In the Bank ol Baroda Olfieer Emplyees' (Conduct)

Regulations 1976, in regulation 20, foi sub-

legulauon (4), the following shall be substituted,

namely —

"(4) Every OHieer employee shall report to the

Competent Authority every transaction concerning

movable property owned or held by him either

in his name or in the name ol a member of his

lamily it the value of such a property exceeds

Rs 25,000/-,

Provided thai the previous sanction ol the

competent authority shall by obtained it any such

transaction is—

(a) with a person having official dealings with the

Officer employee, or

(b) oiheiwise than through a regular or reputed

dealer"
