CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 18th March, 2010

S.R.O. 15.—Corrigendum to S.R.O. 72 will be carried out as under : - --

For In the Territorial Army Rules, 1948 in rule 20-A for the words "for a total period not exceeding seventy five

days in a maximum of two modules within a period of two years" the following shall be substituted namely :--

"or Additional Director. General Territorial Army, for a continuous period not exceeding ninety days, within a

period of four years."

Read In the Territorial Army Rules, 1948 in rule 20-A for the words "for a total period not exceeding seventy five

days in a maximum of two modules within a 'period of two years" the following shall be substituted, namely

"or Additional Director General Territorial Army, for a continuous period not exceeding ninety days, within a

period of two years."

This provision will come into effect wef the date of issuing the SRO.
