satisfied that Shri Subiram Debbarma, a contesting

candidate in the General Election to the Tripura Legislative

Assembly, 2008 from 12-Takarjala (ST) Assembly

constituency has failed to lodge any account of his election

expenses, as required by the Representation of the People

Act, 1951 and Rules and Orders made there under; and

Whereas, the said candidate, Shri Subiram Debbarma,

has not furnished any reason or explanation for the said

failure even after due notice and the Election Commission

is thus satisfied that he has not good reason or justification

for the said failure;
