satisfied that Shri Kallu Khan, Vill. Ter. PO-Pinangwa, Tehsil
Punhana, Mewat, Haryana a contesting candidate in the
General Election to the Legislative Assembly, 2009 from
81-Punhana Legislative Assembly Constituency has failed
to lodge an account of election expenses, as required by
