G.S.R. 207.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Home Affairs, Senior Analyst (Work Study) and Junior

Analyst (Work Study) Recruitment Rules, 1986, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Senior Analyst (Work Study) and Junior Analyst

(Work Study) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2010.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Home Affairs, Senior Analyst (Work Study) and Junior Analyst (Work Study) Recruitment

Rules, 1986, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely :—

contract in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this

appointment in the same or some other department/organisation

of the Central Government shall not exceed 5 years. The maximum

age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term

contract)/transfer shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing

date of receipt of applications.]

Affairs, Recruitment Rules, 1987, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Proof Reader, Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs,

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2010.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
