S.O. 1030.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized

Occupations) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry

of Petroleum and Natural Gas vide S.O. Number 1850, dated the 22nd May, 2012, except as respects things done or

omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column

(2) of the Table below, being officers of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and being officer equivalent to the rank

of Gazetted Officer of Government of India, to be estate officers for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the

powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed, on estate officers by or under the said Act, within the limits of their

jurisdication in respect of the public premises specified in column (3) of the said Table:—

S. O. 1031.—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the

transportation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas from Paradip (Odisha) to Durgapur (West Bengal) Via Haldia a pipeline should be

laid in State of West Bengal by Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to

acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule

annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals

Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention

to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date on which

copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the general public, object in writing to the

acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri S.C. Sarkar,

W.B.C.S (Exe.) Retd. Competent Authority Paradip–Haldia–Durgapur LPG Pipeline & Augmentation of Paradip–Haldia–

S. O. 1032.—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the

transportation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas from Paradip (Odisha) to Durgapur (West Bengal) Via Haldia a pipeline should

be laid in State of Odisha by Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to

acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the

Schedule annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby

declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date on

which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the general public, object in

writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri Bishnu Mohan

of the opinion that an industrial dispute exists between

the Employers in relation to the management of Pawan

Hans Helicopters Ltd. and their workmen in respect to the

Schedule annexed;

And whereas the dispute involves national

importance and is of such nature that the establishments

of Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd. situated in more than one

State are likely to be interested in, or affected;

And whereas the Central Government is of the

opinion that the said dipute should be adjudicated by a

National Industrial Tribunal;

And whereas the Central Government, exercise of

power conferred by Section 7B of the Industrial Disputes

Act, 1947 (14 of 1947) hereby constitutes a National

Industrial Tribunal with the Head Quarters at Mumbai and

appoint Justice Gauri Shanker Sarraf, presently Presiding
