short term contract in Pay Band-4 (Rs. 37,400—67,000/-)

plus Grade Pay of Rs. 8,900/- for a period of 3 years in the

Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage,

Faridabad, an attached office of the Department with effect

from 07.08.2013 (F.N.). However, he will get pay protection

as per applicable rules.

The appointment of Dr. S. N. Sushil as PPA is subject to

the outcome of the O.A. No. 2213/2013 filed by Dr. A. K.

Sinha in the CAT, Principal Bench, Delhi.
