New Delhi, the 3rd October, 2013

O.N. 48 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of Section 13A of the Representation of

the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission

of India, in consultation with the Administration of the

Union Territory of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli,

hereby nominates Sh. Sandeep Kumar, IAS (AGMUT : 97)

as the Chief Electoral Officer for the Union Territory of

Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli with effect from

the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice

Shri Gyanesh Bharti, IAS.
