No. A-32012/2/2012-P-II(.)—The President is pleased to
appoint Ms. Asha Chauhan (CSL No. 6070), a regular Under
Secretary of CSS, to the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary)
of CSS purely on ad hoc basis in Pay Band-III (Rs. 15,600—
39,100/-) with Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- in the Ministry of
Environment and Forest with effect from the afternoon of
11th October, 2013 until further orders, consequent on being
approved for appointment to the Selection Grade (Deputy
Secretary) of CSS vide Department of Personnel & Training
Order No. 3/1/2013-CS-I (D) dated 30th September, 2013.
2. The ad hoc promotion is subject to the following
conditions :—
(i)
The ad hoc appointment is subject to the final
outcome of the various Writ Petitions connected
with the matter in various courts of law.
(ii)
The ad hoc promotion shall not bestow on the
incumbent any claim for regular promotion to the
grade.
(iii)
The service rendered on ad hoc basis in the grade
would not count for the purpose of seniority in
that grade for promotion to the next higher grade.
(iv)
The ad hoc promotion shall not confer any right
on the incumbents to continue in the grade
indefinitely and may be terminated at any point of
time without giving any reasons thereof.
