following regulations to amend the Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010, namely:—

(1) These regulations may be called Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In regulation 2 of the Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010 (Year of the

publication of the regulations) (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations) in sub-regulation (1), for clause (g), the

following clause shall be substituted, namely:—

(g) "Competent Authority" means,-

"(i)

the Chairman in respect of Officer Scale-III, IV and V;
