G.S.R. 89.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and

Fisheries, Central Frozen Semen Production and Training Institute, Laboratory Attendant, Laboratory Assistant and Senior

Laboratory Assistant (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013 namely :-

(1) (i) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and

Fisheries, Central Frozen Semen Production and Training Institute, Laboratory Attendant, Laboratory Assistant and Senior

Laboratory Assistant (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Central Frozen Semen

Production and Training Institute, Laboratory Attendant, Laboratory Assistant and Senior Laboratory Assistant (Group 'C'

posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), rule 1, in sub-rule (1), for the words "and and" the

word "and" shall be substituted.

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule, -

(i) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Laboratory Assistant, in column (9), for the entries, the following

entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Two years for direct recruits.”;

(ii) against serial number 3 relating to the post of Senior Laboratory Assistant, in column 9, for the entries, the

following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Two years for direct recruits.”.

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishery Survey of India (Junior Fisheries Scientist and

Senior Scientific Assistant) Group 'B' Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishery Survey of India (Junior Fisheries Scientist and Senior Scientific Assistant)

Group 'B' Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in Schedule, against serial number 1

relating to the post of Junior Fisheries Scientist,-

District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands or

Lakshadweep).”

(ii) in column 9, after the words “Two years” the words “for direct recruits.” shall be inserted.
