After the Board has been duly constituted in accordance with the above-mentioned rules, the Presiding Officer
shall convene a meeting of the Board of all the elected directors only to elect the Chairman and the Vice-
Chairmen by giving one week's Notice. The meeting shall be presided over by the outgoing Chairman, in his
absence by any of the outgoing Vice-Chairman and in the absence of both outgoing Chairman and outgoing
Vice-Chairman, by any of the outgoing directors. If all of the above are re-elected, then the meeting shall be
presided by any of the Ex- Chairman, in his absence, by any of the Ex-vice Chairman, and in his absence by
any of the Ex-directors of the Association. The Presiding Officer shall have no right of vote. The voting will
be by show of hands, but if even one director so demands, it shall be by secret ballot. In case of a tie, the
