Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012, dated June 20, 2012, SEBI circular CIR/MRD/DSA/33/2012
dated December 13, 2012 and SEBI circular CIR/MRD/DSA/24/2010 dated August 11, 2010, the table of changes as listed
below, comprising of the existing Bye-Laws as well as the proposed Bye-Laws have been disseminated on our website, you
may access the same at the following url: http://www.useindia.com/downloads.php. Any persons having any observations
