Commission of India hereby publishes the order dated 30th April, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Ranchi in
Election Petition No. 12 of 2010 filed by Sh. Baidyanath Ram calling in question the election of Sh. Kanwar Deep Singh as
the Member of Council of States from the State of Jharkhand.
