the pay and allowances of the said post, as per GOI instructions issued from time to time.

2. Officer will have the option either to draw the pay in his parent scale of pay or the pay in the scale of pay of the

deputation post in the Academy i.e. PB-3 Rs.15,600 – 39,100/- + Grade Pay Rs.6,600/- plus allowances as admissible under

the relevant GOI rules. The option has to be exercised by the officer, within one month of his joining the post and option

once exercised shall be final and binding.
