G.S.R. 201 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Safdarjung Hospital (Class III Post) Recruitment Rules, 1973, in so far as they relate to the post of
Electrician, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes
the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Electrician in the Safdarjung Hospital, New
Delhi, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi,
(Electrician) Group C Post Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and pay band, grade pay or pay scale.— The number of the said posts,
their classification and the pay band, grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of
the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification
and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforsaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to
do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any
class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories
of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note-1 : Where juniors who have completed their qualifying

their seniors would also be considered provided they are not
short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more
than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years,
whichever is less, and have successfully completed their
probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along
with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying
or eligibility service.
Note 2: For the purpose of computing minimum qualifying
service for promotion, the service rendered on a regular
basis by an officer prior to lst January,2006 or/the date from
which the revised pay structure based on the Sixth Central
Pay Commission recommendations has been extended shall
be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade
pay or pay scale extended based on the recormuendations of
the Pay Commission.
Deputation :
(a) Officers of the Central Govemment,-
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent
cadre or department; or
(ii) with three years' service in the grade rendered after
appointment thererto in the pay band -1, Rs. 5200-20200
with grade pay of Rs. 1800 or equivalent in the parent cadre
or department; and

Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category
who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible
for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly,
deputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for
appointment by promotion.
Note 2 : The maximum age limit for appointment by
deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing
date of receipt of applications.
Note 3: The period of deputation including the period of
deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately
pleceding this appointment in the same or some other
organisation or department of the Central Government shall
ordinarily to exceed five years'.
Note 4: For the purpose of appointment on deputation basis,
the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to
1st January, 2006 or the date from which the revised pay
structure based on the 6th Central Pay Commission
recommendations has been extended, shall be deemed to be
service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale
extended based on the recommendations of the said Pay

G.S.R. 202 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Canteen Attendant in
the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services, New Delhi, namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services, Canteen Attendant Group ‘C’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.— The number of the said post, its
classification,the pay band, grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the
Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications
and other matters relating there to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Initial Constitution.—The incumbents holding the post of Canteen Attendant, who were appointed on regular
basis before the commencement of these rules, shall be deemed to have been appointed ot the said post under these rules
from the date of regular appointment and the services rendered by them in the said post before such commencement
shall be taken in to account for the purpose of probation, confirmation, promotion, etc.
4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such
person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to
do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to
any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and
other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in
this regard.

G.S.R. 203 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Central Research Institute, Kasauli (Group ‘D’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 1982, insofar as they
relate to the post of Carpenter, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the
President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Carpenter, in the Central
Research Institute, Kasauli in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare, Central Research Institute, Kasauli, Carpenter (Group ‘C’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.— The number of post, its
classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the
Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification
and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to
do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to
any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other backward classes, Ex-servicemen and
other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time
in this regard.

G.S.R. 205 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in
supersession of the Central Research Institute, Kasauli (Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 1977, in so far as they
relate to the post of Head Carpenter except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the
President hereby makes the following rules, regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Head Carpenter in the
Central Research Institute, Kasauli in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare, Central Research Institute, Kasuli, Head Carpenter (Group ‘C’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.— The number of post, its
classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the
Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit,
qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to
do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any
class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other backward classes, Ex-servicemen and
other special categories of persons in accordance with the order issued by the Central Government from time to time in
this regard.

G.S.R. 206 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution the
President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Director General of
Hydrocarbons in Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas namely:
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural
Gas, Director General, Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, Group C‘A’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and pay band, grade pay or pay scale.— The number of the said posts, its
classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the
Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualification, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit,
qualification and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to
do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public
Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Class, Ex-servicemen and
other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in
this regard.

sector in field (s) of planning, execution and monitoring of
projects and development plans for oil and natural gas; or
(2) Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering with
seventeen years of experience in the designated areas.
Desirable:
(1) Doctorate degree in related field of Geology or
Geophysics or Petroleum Geology or Petroleum
Engineering from recognised university;
(2) Master's degree in Business Administration or Post
Graduate Diploma in Management.
Note 1: The period of deputation, including the period of
deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-
cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in
the same or some other organisation or department of the
Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years,
Note 2: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation
shall be not exceeding fifty six (56) years as on the last date
of receipt of applications.
Note 3: For purposes of apgointment on deputation basis,
the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to
1st January, 2006 or the date from which the revised pay
structure based on the Sixth Central Pay Commission
recommendations has been extended, shall be deemed to be
service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale
extended based on the recommendations of the Commission
except where there has been merger of more than one pre-
revised scale of pay, into one grade with a common grade
pay or pay scale, and where this benefit will extend only for
the post (s) for which that grade pay or pay scale is the normal
replacement grade without an upgradation.

Posts) Rules, 1959 in so far as they relate to the posts of Senior Technical Assistant (Chemical Fertilizers) and Senior
Technical Assistant (Manure); (ii) Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Law Officer (Fertilizer) Recruitment

1. Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,
Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare (Integrated Nutrients Management Division), Group 'A' and
'B"Technical Posts Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.- These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column(1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.- The number of said posts, their classification,
pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications and
other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification- No person-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,
it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,
relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required
to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other
special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this
regard.

G.S.R. 208.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (Chairman) Recruitment Rules, 2007, except as
respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules
regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Chairman in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,
Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers
Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices,
(Chairman) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.- The number of the said post, its
classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the
Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications
and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification- No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,
by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or
category of persons.
7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to
be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special
categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

of application seeking deputation and completing term on
retirement on superannuation or for a maximum period of
deputation of five years, whichever is earlier; and
(VI) Persons up to 59 years of age on the date of closing
