New Delhi, the 23rd November, 2015

S.R.O. 45.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Navy), Naval Armament Inspection Organisation,

Technical Supervisory Staff and Examiner Mechanic and Ammunition and Explosives, Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts

Recruitment Rules, 2008 in so far as it relates to the post of Examiner, except as respects things done or omitted to be

done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to

the post of Examiner (Naval Armament Inspection Organisation) in Integrated Headquarters Ministry of Defence

(Navy), namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Integrated Headquarters Ministry of

Defence (Navy), Naval Armament Inspection Organisation, Examiner, Group ‘C’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2015.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or scales of pay.- The number of the said post, its

classification and the pay band and grade pay or the scales of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2)

to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age limit, other qualification etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class

or category of persons.

6.

Saving. -Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-service men, the Other Backward Classes and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

S.R.O. 46.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Navy Group ‘B’ (Non-Ministerial), Russian Translator Recruitment Rules, 2000, except as respects

things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating

the method of recruitment to the post of Russian Translator in the Integrated Headquarters Ministry of Defence

(Navy), namely :—

1.

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of

Defence (Navy) Russian Translator Recruitment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

The number of posts, classification and pay band and grade pay or pay scale. - The number of the said

post, its classification and the pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2)

to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age limit, other qualification, etc. – The method of recruitment, age limit,

qualifications and other matters connected therewith shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification : No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person, shall be eligible for

appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so,

except any person the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government

from time to time in this regard.

S.R.O. 47.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Border Roads Development Board, General Reserve

Engineer Force (Border Roads Organisation), Junior Engineer (Civil), Group ‘B’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2012, except

as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in the Ministry of Defence, Border Roads

Organisation, General Reserve Engineer Force, namely:-

Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Border Roads

Organisation, General Reserve Engineer Force, Junior Engineer (Civil), Group ‘B’ Posts, Recruitment Rules,

2015.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.- The number of said post, its

classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the

Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. – No person -

(a)

Who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

Who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons

in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons

in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
