Planning Board Act, 1985 (2 of 1985), National Capital Region Planning Board hereby delegate the power to Member

Secretary of the Board to finalise and approve the Functional Plans, which has been approved in the 35^th Meeting of the

National Capital Region Planning Board held on 09.06.2015.

This delegation of power shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the date of issue of the minutes

of the 35^th meeting of the National Capital Region Planning Board which is 03.07.2015.
