In Indian all medical related functions – Serviceman/Doctor/Medical related Course holder/Education, Business,

Health Organization MCPC registration is a must.

If this rule is neglected by anyone/any in-charge of Institution/Concern, it will be regarded as criminal offence

punishment 12 years in Jail.

All Registration Certificate is to be renewed every year positively along with audit report. Regd. Doctors non-

practicing can renew their MCPC License for future practice.

Medical related any business certificate. If issued the officer/in-charge will be Responsible to pay penalty of Rs. 5 Lac &

Punishment in Jail 5 to 12 years.

Rule-325

Appoint Registrar of Birth & Death Certificates (For Govt. of India Record maintain). A) These certificates will be

an original identity record of Indian people. BEGC may open Birth & Death certificates records working offices in all over

India. As state office, District office, Block office etc. Type of Register (INDIA)—i) Birth ii) Death. Certificates format &

design maintained by Controller General.

B) Including Foreigner visiting/working in India, if his/her death, if she delivers child birth. Type of Register

(FOREIGN)—i) Birth ii) Death.

Rule-326

All A-Part Doctor may issue Birth & Death, Treatment and Medical Certificates (see section-24(a), rule-89, rule-74

& 43). B-Part Doctor may issue Treatment and Medical Certificates.

All Govt. Regd. Doctor may attest any Documents & may issue Character Certificates And may issue compounder

Certificates (Only after finishing the Compounder Training).

will be opened SB/CA account book any Nationalized Bank in India. May run recruitment time to time if Necessarily.
