The proposed amendments to the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of the Metropolitan Clearing Corporation of

India Limited (formerly known as MCX-SX Clearing Corporation Limited) are given hereunder and are published for

criticism. Any person having any observations on the proposed amendments to the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws can send

the same to the undersigned at the registered address within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette. The

observations received after the fifteen days, will not be considered when the amendment is taken for consideration.

Subject to SEBI’s approval, it is proposed to make the following amendments in the Rules, Regulations and Bye-

laws of the Clearing Corporation:-

Pursuant to the change of name of the Clearing Corporation as approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs,

Registrar of Companies, Mumbai vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August18, 2015 the existing;

shall be amended by substituting the name of the Clearing Corporation, where it appears as ‘MCX-SX Clearing Corporation

Limited’ with new name ‘Metropolitan Clearing Corporation of India Limited’ and the abbreviation “Clearing Corporation”

shall be substituted with “MCCIL”, in the aforesaid Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of the Clearing Corporation.

The Shareholders of Company by Special Resolution in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held

on the July 1, 2015 approved the change of name of the Company from “MCX-SX Clearing Corporation Limited” to

“Metropolitan Clearing Corporation of India Limited” (MCCIL)”.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Mumbai has approved the change of name

of the Company and issued a Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated August 18, 2015. It is proposed

to amend the existing Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Clearing Corporation for substituting

new name in place of old name.

The proposed amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of Metropolitan Clearing

Corporation of India Limited (formerly known as MCX-SX Clearing Corporation Limited) are given hereunder and are

published for criticism. Any person having any observation on the proposed amendments to the Memorandum of Association

and Articles of Association can send the same to the undersigned at the registered office within fifteen days from the date of

this publication in the Gazette. The observations received after the fifteen days, will not be considered when the amendment

is taken for consideration.

Subject to SEBI`s approval, it is proposed to make the following amendment:

The name MCX-SX Clearing Corporation Limited shall be substituted with new name “Metropolitan Clearing

Corporation of India Limited” and the abbreviation “Company” shall be substituted with “MCCIL”, wherever it appears in

the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Clearing Corporation.
