2. A member of the Executive Committee shall cease to be as such, if such member, -
(i) has been adjudged as an insolvent; or
(ii) has been convicted of an offence which, in the opinion of the Central Government involves, moral turpitude; or
(iii) has become physically and mentally incapable of acting as member.
3. The term of the nominated members of the Executive Committee shall be for a period of three years from the
date of issue of these orders and the members shall be eligible for re-nomination.
4. The term of office of an ex-officio member of the Executive Committee shall be so long as he hold the office of
which he is a member.
