जल बोडᭅ, किन᭬ ठ िह᭠ दी अनुवादक भतᱮ िनयम, 1996 को, उन बातᲂ के िसवाय अिधᮓांत करते ᱟए िज᭠हᱶ ऐसे अिधᮓमण से पहले ᳰकया

गया है, या करने का लोप ᳰकया गया है, जल संसाधन, नदी िवकास और गंगा संरᭃण मंᮢालय, के᭠ ᮤीय भूिमगत जल बोडᭅ मᱶ किन᭬ ठ

अनुवादक के पद पर भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित का िविनयमन करने के िलए िन᳜िलिखत िनयम बनाते हᱹ, अथाᭅत् :-

संिᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧारंभ - (1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᳙ नाम जल संसाधन, नदी िवकास और गंगा संरᭃण मंᮢालय, के᭠ ᮤीय

भूिमगत जल बोडᭅ , किन᭬ ठ अनुवादक भतᱮ िनयम, 2016 है ।

ये राजपᮢ मᱶ उनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे ।

पद सं᭎या, वगᱮकरण और वेतन बᱹड और ᮕेड वेतन या वेतनमान: पद कᳱ सं᭎या, उसका वगᱮकरण और वेतन बᱹड और ᮕेड वेतन

या वेतनमान वह होगा जो इन िनयमᲂ से उपाब᳍ अनुसूची के ᭭तंभ (2) से ᭭तंभ (4) मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ हᱹ ।

भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित, आयु-सीमा, अहᭅताएं, आᳰद : भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित, आयु-सीमा, अहᭅताएँ और उससे संबंिधत अ᭠य बातᱶ वे हᲂगी जो

उᲦ अनुसूची के ᭭तंभ (5) से (13) मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ हᱹ।

िनरहᭅता- वह ᳞िᲦ-

(क)

िजसने ऐसे ᳞िᲦ से िजसका पित या िजसकᳱ प᳀ी जीिवत है, िववाह ᳰकया है; या

(ख)

िजसने अपने पित या अपनी प᳀ी के जीिवत रहते ᱟए ᳰकसी ᳞िᲦ से िववाह ᳰकया है,

उᲦ पद पर िनयुिᲦ का पाᮢ नहᱭ होगा :

पर᭠तु यᳰद के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है ᳰक ऐसा िववाह ऐसे ᭪ यिᲦ और िववाह के अ᭠य पᭃकार को लागू ᭭वीय

िविध के अधीन अनु᭄ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अ᭠य आधार हᱹ तो वह ᳰकसी ᳞िᲦ को इस िनयम के ᮧवतᭅन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

िशिथल करने कᳱ शिᲦ: जहां के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार कᳱ यह राय है ᳰक ऐसा करना आव᭫यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो

कारण हᱹ उ᭠हᱶ लेखब᳍ करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामशᭅ करके, इन िनयमᲂ के ᳰकसी उपबंध को ᳰकसी वगᭅ या ᮧवगᭅ के ᳞िᲦयᲂ

कᳱ बाबत, आदेश ᳇ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी ।

᳞ावृिᱫ: इन िनयमᲂ कᳱ कोई बात, ऐसे आरᭃणᲂ, आयु-सीमा मᱶ छूट और अ᭠य ᳯरयायतᲂ पर ᮧभाव नहᱭ डालेगी िजनका

के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार ᳇ारा इस संबंध मᱶ समय-समय पर जारी ᳰकए गए आदेशᲂ के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जाितयᲂ, अनुसूिचत जनजाितयᲂ, भूतपूवᭅ

सैिनकᲂ और अ᭠य िवशेष ᮧवगᭅ के ᳞िᲦयᲂ के िलए उपबंध करना अपेिᭃत है ।

G.S.R. 24.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Ground Water Board, Junior Hindi Translator Recruitment Rules, 1996, except as respects

things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating

the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Translator in the Central Ground Water Board, Ministry of Water

Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, River

Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Ground Water Board, Junior Translator Recruitment Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and the Pay Band and Grade Pay/Scale of pay.- The number of post, its

classification and Pay Band and Grade Pay/Scale of Pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the

Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age, limit,

qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualifications.- No person,-

(a) who has entered into, or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen, and other special categories of

persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

वेतनमान वे हᲂगे जो इन िनयमᲂ से उपाब᳍ अनुसूची के ᭭तंभ (2) से ᭭तंभ (4) मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ हᱹ।

3. भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ ित, आयु -सीमा और अहᭅताएं आ ᳰद.—भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ ित, आयु-सीमा, अहᭅताएं और उससे संबं िधत अ᭠य बातᱶ वे हᲂगी जो

उᲦ अनुसूची के ᭭तंभ (5) से ᭭तंभ (13) मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ हᱹ।

4. िनरहᭅता : वह ᳞ िᲦ –

(क) िजसने ऐसे ᳞ िᲦ से िजसका प ित या िजसकᳱ प᳀ी जी िवत है, िववाह ᳰकया है; या

(ख) िजसने अपने प ित या अपनी प᳀ी के जी िवत रहते ᱟए ᳰकसी ᳞ िᲦ से िववाह ᳰकया है,

उᲦ पद पर िनयु िᲦ का पाᮢ नहᱭ होगा :

पर᭠तु य ᳰद के᭠ᮤीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है ᳰक ऐसा िववाह ऐसे ᳞ िᲦ और िववाह के अ᭠य पᭃकार को लागू ᭭वीय िविध

के अधीन अनु᭄ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अ᭠य आधार हᱹ तो वह ᳰकसी ᳞ िᲦ को इस िनयम के ᮧवतᭅन से छूट दे सकेगी।

5. िशिथल करने कᳱ श िᲦ.—जहां के᭠ᮤीय सरकार कᳱ यह राय है ᳰक ऐसा करना आव᭫यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण

हᱹ, उ᭠हᱶ लेखब᳍ करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामशᭅ करके, इन िनयमᲂ के ᳰकसी उपबंध को ᳰकसी वगᭅ या ᮧवगᭅ के ᳞ िᲦयᲂ कᳱ

बाबत, आदेश ᳇ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी।

6. ᳞ावृ िᱫ.— इन िनयमᲂ कᳱ कोई बात, ऐसे आरᭃणᲂ, आयु-सीमा मᱶ छूट और अ᭠य ᳯरयायतᲂ पर ᮧभाव नहᱭ डालेगी, िजनका के᭠ᮤीय

सरकार ᳇ारा इस संबंध मᱶ समय-समय पर जारी ᳰकए गए आदेशᲂ के अनुसार अनुसू िचत जा ितयᲂ, अनुसू िचत जनजा ितयᲂ, अ᭠य िपछड़ᱶ

वगᲄ, भूतपूवᭅ सै िनकᲂ और अ᭠य िवशेष ᮧवगᭅ के ᳞ िᲦयᲂ के िलए उपबंध करना अपे िᭃत है।

G.S.R. 25.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Labour Bureau Data Processing Assistant Grade ‘B’ Recruitment Rules, 2002, except as respects

things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby make the following rules regulating the

method of recruitment to the post of Data Processing Assistant Grade ‘E’ in the Labour Bureau, Ministry of Labour and

Employment, namely: -

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Labour Bureau (Data Processing

Assistant, Grade ‘E’) Recruitment Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of posts, classification and scale of pay. - The number of the said posts, its classification and the

pay band and grade pay attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification. - No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and other party to the marriage, and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person

from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it

may by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provision of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions, required

to be provided for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward

Classes, Ex-servicemen, and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the

Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Promotion: Data Entry Operator Grade ‘D’
