Under Rule 6 of Order II of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India has Constituted

the following Benches in three slots.

(I)

A Division Bench shall sit as Vacation Bench during the first part of the Summer

Vacation w.e.f 16.5.2016 to 29.5.2016.

(II)

A Second Division Bench shall sit as a Vacation Bench w.e.f. 30.5.2016 to 12.6.2016.

(III)

A Third Division Bench shall sit as a Vacation Bench w.e.f 13.6.2016 to 28.6.2016.

Hon'ble the Chief Justice has also directed that the Vacation Benches shall sit on Mondays to hear urgent

miscellaneous matters and from Tuesdays to Fridays to hear regular hearing matters included in the Final regular

hearing list. The composition of Benches shall be notified later on.

During Summer Vacation the Registry will remain open from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. for all Officers

and staff members of the Registry except Class IV and Group-C (non-clerical) staff in whose case timing will

be from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays when it shall remain closed.
