Central University of South Bihar, in exercise of powers conferred upon him by the provision given in Section 27(3) of the

Central Universities Act, 2009 has been pleased to approve the proposed amendments in Statute 11 and 13 relating to

Executive Council and Academic Council respectively, as conveyed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development,

Department of Higher Education vide letter No. 44-11/2012-Dest (U) dated 30^th October, 2012.
