derivatives segment) is proposed to be substituted with the
following new Regulation 5.15:-

5.15 INTEREST
(a) The arbitrator may include in the sum for which the
award is made interest at such rate on such sum and for
such period as the arbitrator deems reasonable.
(b) A sum directed to be paid by an award shall, unless
the award otherwise directs, carry interest at the rate as
specified in Section 31(7)(b) of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 as in force at the relevant time.
