संबंध िसिविलयन भंडारी ᮰ेणी - III के पद से है को, उन बातᲂ के िसवाय, अिधᮓा᭠त करते ᱟए िज᭠हᱶ ऐसे अिधᮓमण से पहले

ᳰकया गया है या करने का लोप ᳰकया गया है, रᭃा मंᮢालय, रᭃा उ᭜पादन िवभाग, वैमािनकᳱ गुणता आ᭫ वासन

महािनदेशालय मᱶ भंडारी ᮰ेणी-1 के पद पर भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित का िविनयमन करने के िलए िन᳜िलिखत िनयम बनाते हᱹ,

अथाᭅत्:-

1. संिᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧारंभ.—(1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᳙ नाम रᭃा मंᮢालय, रᭃा उ᭜पादन िवभाग, वैमािनकᳱ

गुणता आ᭫ वासन महािनदेशालय, भंडारी ᮰ेणी-1, समूह ‘ग’ भतᱮ िनयम, 2016 है।

(2) ये राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को izo`Ùk हᲂगे।

2. पद सं᭎या, वगᱮकरण, वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍स मᱶ लेवल.—पद सं᭎या, उसका वगᱮकरण और वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍स मᱶ लेवल वह

होगा, जो इन िनयमᲂ से उपाब᳍ अनुसूची के ᭭तंभ (2) से ᭭तंभ (4) मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ हᱹ।

3. भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित, आयु-सीमा, अहᭅताएं, आᳰद.—भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित, आयु-सीमा, शैिᭃक अहᭅताएं और उᲦ पद से

संबंिधत अ᭠य बातᱶ वे हᲂगी जो पूवᲃᲦ अनुसूची के ᭭तंभ (5) से ᭭तंभ (13) मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ है।

4. िनरहᭅता.—वह ᳞िᲦ-

(क) िजसने ऐसे ᳞िᲦ से िजसका पित या िजसकᳱ प᳀ी जीिवत हᱹ, िववाह ᳰकया है या िववाह कᳱ संिवदा कᳱ है,

या

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी प᳀ी के जीिवत रहते ᱟए ᳰकसी ᳞िᲦ से िववाह ᳰकया है, या िववाह कᳱ संिवदा

कᳱ है,

उᲦ पद पर िनयुिᲦ का पाᮢ नही होगाः

पर᭠तु यᳰद के᭠ᮤीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है ᳰक ऐसा िववाह ऐसे ᳞िᲦ और िववाह के अ᭠य पᭃकार

को लागू ᭭वीय िविध के अधीन अनु᭄ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अ᭠य आधार हᱹ तो वह ᳰकसी ᳞िᲦ को इस िनयम के

ᮧवतᭅन से छूट दे सकेगी।

5. िशिथल करने कᳱ शिᲦ.—जहां के᭠ᮤीय सरकार कᳱ यह राय है ᳰक ऐसा करना आव᭫यक या समीचीन है, वहां

वह उसके िलए जो कारण हᱹ उ᭠हᱶ लेखब᳍ करके, इन िनयमᲂ के ᳰकसी उपबंध को ᳰकसी वगᭅ या ᮧवगᭅ के ᳞िᲦयᲂ कᳱ बाबत,

आदेश ᳇ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी।

6. O;ko`fÙk.—इन िनयमᲂ कᳱ कोई बात, ऐसे आरᭃण, आयु-सीमा मᱶ छूट और अ᭠य ᳯरयायतᲂ पर ᮧभाव नहᱭ

डालेगी, िजनका के᭠ᮤीय सरकार ᳇ारा इस संबंध मᱶ समय-समय पर िनकाले गए आदेशᲂ के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जाितयᲂ,

अनुसूिचत जनजाितयᲂ, अ᭠य िपछड़ा वगᭅ, भूतपूवᭅ सैिनकᲂ और अ᭠य िवशेष ᮧवगᭅ के ᳞िᲦयᲂ के िलए उपबंध करना अपेिᭃत

है।

S.R.O. 47.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Directorate of Technical Development and Production (Air) Organisation (Class III Ministerial

Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1972, in so far as they relate to the post of Civilian Store Keeper Grade III, except as

respects of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Store Keeper Grade-I in the Ministry of Defence, Department of

1. Short title and commencement.─(1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of

Defence Production, Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Store Keeper Grade-I , Group ‘C’,

Recruitment Rules, 2016.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and Level in the Pay Matrix.─ The number of the said posts, their

classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4 ) of the said

Schedule.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc.─ The method of recruitment, age- limit,

qualifications and other related matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4. Disqualification.─ No person, -

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

Shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.─ Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so,

may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving.─ Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward classes, Ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

Government, autonomous or statutory organisation, Public

Sector Undertakings or University or Banks or in a Private

Statistics or Business Studies or Public Administration as a

subject from a recognised university or Institute.

2. रᭃा मंᮢालय, रᭃा उ᭜पादन िवभाग, Ფािलटी vk'olu महािनदेशालय, समूह ‘ग’ पद बᱟकायᭅ कमᭅचारीवृंद

भतᱮ िनयम, 2013 मᱶ –

िनयम 1 के उपिनयम (1) मᱶ “समूह ‘ग’ पद (बᱟकायᭅ कमᭅचारीवृंद)” श᭣दᲂ और को᳧कᲂ के ᭭थान पर

(i)

in rule 1, in sub-rule(1) for the letter and words “ ‘C’ posts Multi-Tasking Staff Amendment,” the

words and letter “ Group ‘C’ posts Multi-Tasking Staff” shall be substituted.

(ii)

in the Schedule, for the post at serial number 6 “Multi Tasking Staff (Nursing)”, in column (7), for

the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Essential

(i)

10^th class pass from a recognized Board;

(ii)

First Aid and Dressing Certificate from St. John’s Ambulance or equivalent with one year’s

experience in the relevant field.

Desirable

Training in ‘Basic’ and ‘Refresher’ Course in Home Guards or Civil Defence”.
