का.िन.आ. 49.—के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, रᭃा संकमᭅ अिधिनयम, 1903 (1903 का 7) कᳱ धारा 3 ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ

का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, भारत के राजपᮢ भाग-II, ख᭛ड 4 मᱶ अिधसूचना सं. का.िन.आ.- 11, तारीख 12 फरवरी, 2005 ᳇ारा

ᮧकािशत भारत सरकार, रᭃा मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅतः-

उᲦ अिधसूचना मᱶ, दोनᲂ ᭭थानᲂ जहां वे आते हᱹ, “हᳯरयाणा रा᭔य मᱶ िजला अ᭥बाला” श᭣दᲂ के िलए, “हᳯरयाणा

रा᭔य और पंजाब रा᭔य ” श᭣द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.R.O. 49.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903

(7 of 1903), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of

India, Ministry of Defence, dated the 2nd February 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 4, vide

notification number S.R.O. 11, dated the 12th February, 2005, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words “District Ambala in the State of Haryana”, in both the places where they

occur, the words “In the State of Haryana and the State of Punjab” shall be substituted.
