No. PNB/HRMD/DAC/P/2/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 read with sub-section (2) of

Section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board of

Directors of Punjab National Bank in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the

Central Government, hereby makes the following Regulations to amend further the Punjab National Bank Officer

Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1977 namely:-

Short title and commencement

a) These Regulations may be called the Punjab National Bank Officer

Employees’ (Discipline & Appeal) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016.

b) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the “Official Gazette”

In the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees’ (Discipline & Appeal) Regulations, 1977
