का.िन.आ. 56.—रा᳦पित, संिवधान के अनु᭒छेद 309 के परंतुक ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए,
एतद᳇ारा रᭃा मंᮢालय (बढ़ई का पद) भतᱮ िनयम, 2011 मᱶ संशोधन के िलए िन᳜िलिखत िनयम बनाते हᱹ :-
1.
लघु शीषᭅ और शुᱧआत :-
(1)
इन िनयमᲂ को रᭃा मंᮢालय (बढ़ई का पद) भतᱮ (संशोधन) िनयम, 2016 कहा जाए।
(2)
ये िनयम शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनको ᮧकािशत ᳰकए जाने कᳱ तारीख से ᮧभावी हᲂगे।
2.
रᭃा मंᮢालय (बढ़ई का पद) भतᱮ िनयम, 2011 मᱶ :-
(1) िनयम 2 मᱶ, श᭣दᲂ ‘’ वेतन बᱹड तथा ᮕेड वेतन अथवा वेतनमान’’ और ‘’वेतन बᱹड तथा ᮕेड वेतन अथवा वेतन
का मान’’ को श᭣द ‘’वेतन मैᳯᮝस मᱶ ᭭तर’’ ᳇ारा ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा ;
(2)
अनुसूची मᱶ, कालम (4) मᱶ :-
(क)
शीषᭅक के िलए, िन᳜िलिखत शीषᭅक ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, अथाᭅत :-
‘’वेतन मैᳯᮝस मᱶ ᭭तर’’

S.R.O. 56.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution the President
hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence (Carpenter’s posts) Recruitment Rules, 2011,
namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence (Carpenter’s posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules,
2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Defence (Carpenter’s posts) Recruitment Rules, 2011,-
(1) In rule 2, for the words “pay band and grade pay or pay scale” and “pay band and grade pay or scale of
pay” , the words “level in the pay matrix” shall be substituted;
(2) In the schedule, in column (4),-
(a) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level in the pay Matrix” ;
(b) for the entries under column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level 1 in the pay matrix (Rs. 18000-Rs 56900)”

रᭃा मंᮢालय पᮢ वाहक भतᱮ िनयम, 2011 मᱶ :-
(1) िनयम 2 मᱶ, श᭣दᲂ ‘’ वेतन बᱹड तथा ᮕेड वेतन अथवा वेतनमान’’ के िलए दोनᲂ ᭭थानᲂ पर जहां ये
आते हᱹ श᭣द ‘’वेतन मैᳯᮝस मᱶ ᭭तर’’ ᳇ारा ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा ;
2)
अनुसूची मᱶ :-
(क) कॉलम (4) मᱶ,
(i) शीषᭅक के िलए, िन᳜िलिखत शीषᭅक ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, अथाᭅत :-
‘’वेतन मैᳯᮝस मᱶ ᭭तर’’
(ii) कालम (4) के अंतगᭅत ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के िलए, िन᳜िलिखत ᮧिवि᳥यां ᮧित᭭थािपत कᳱ जाएंगी,
अथाᭅत् :-
‘’वेतन मैᳯᮝस (19900-63200 ᱧपए) मᱶ ᭭तर 2’’
(ख) कॉलम (12) मᱶ, उप-शीषᭅक आमेलन/ᮧितिनयुिᲦ के अंतगᭅत, श᭣दᲂ एवं अंकᲂ ‘’वेतन बᱹड-1, 5200-
20200 ᱧपए मᱶ ᮕेड वेतन 1800 ᱧपए आहᳯरत करते ᱟए’’ के िलए श᭣द एवं अंक ‘’वेतन मैᳯᮝस मᱶ ᭭तर -1
(18000-56900 ᱧपए) मᱶ’’ ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकए जाएंगे ।

(1) In rule 2, for the words “pay band and grade pay or pay scale” at both the places where they occur, the
words “level in the pay matrix” shall be substituted;
(2) In the schedule,-
(a) in column (4), -
(i) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level in the pay matrix” ;
(ii) for the entries under column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level 2 in the pay matrix (Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200)”;

(b) in column (12), under sub heading Absorption/deputation, for the words and figures “drawing Grade

(Rs. 18000- 56900) in the pay matrix” shall be substituted.
