S.R.O. 01.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (1A) of Section 12 of the National Cadet

Corps Act, 1948 (31 of 1948), Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as non-official members of

the Central Advisory Committee with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette and

makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence SRO 76(E),

dated the 10^th October, 1983, namely:-

In the said Notification, under the heading “under clause (h) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 12”, for serial

number 8,9,10,11 and 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall respectively be

अनुसंधान और िवकास संगठन, रᭃा मंᮢालय, िसिवल िनमाᭅण काडर समूह ‘ख’ पद भतᱮ िनयम, 2016 को उन बातᲂ के

िसवाय अिधᮓांत करते ᱟए िज᭠हᱶ ऐसे अिधᮓमण से पूवᭅ ᳰकया गया है या करने का लोप ᳰकया गया है, रᭃा मंᮢालय, रᭃा

अनुसंधान तथा िवकास संगठन िवभाग मᱶ संपदा अधीᭃक के पद पर भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित का िविनयमन करने के िलए िन᳜िलिखत

िनयम बनाते हᱹ,

इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᳙ नाम रᭃा मंᮢालय, रᭃा अनुसंधान और िवकास संगठन, संपदा अधीᭃक, िसिवल

िनमाᭅण संवगᭅ समूह ‘ख’ पद भतᱮ (संशोधन) िनयम, 2016 है।

S.R.O. 02.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation,

Estate Superintendent of Civil Works Cadre, Group ‘B’ posts Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely :-

These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation,

Estate Superintendent of Civil Works Cadre, Group ‘B’ posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2016.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Estate Superintendent of Civil

Works Cadre, Group ‘B’ posts Recruitment Rules, 2016, in the Schedule in column (11), under the sub heading

promotion, for the words “at least three years’’ the words “at least three years regular service’’, shall be substituted.

मंᮢालय, रᭃा अनुसंधान और िवकास संगठन, संयुᲦ िनदेशक (ᮧशासन) तथा मु᭎य ᮧशासिनक अिधकारी समूह ‘क’ पद के

भतᱮ िनयम, 2013 मᱶ संशोधन करने के िलए िन᳜िलिखत िनयम बनाते हᱹ, अथाᭅत् :-

संिᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧारंभ – (1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᳙ नाम रᭃा मंᮢालय, रᭃा अनुसंधान और िवकास संगठन, संयुᲦ

िनदेशक (ᮧशासन) तथा मु᭎य ᮧशासिनक अिधकारी समूह ‘क’ पद भतᱮ (संशोधन) िनयम, 2016 है ।

ये राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे ।

᭭तंभ (11) मᱶ, उपशीषᭅक ᮧो᳖ित मᱶ “काडर या िवभाग मᱶ पांच वषᭅ कᳱ िनयिमत सेवा कᳱ हो” श᭣दᲂ के

᭭थान पर “उस ᮰ेणी मᱶ पांच वषᭅ कᳱ िनयिमत सेवा कᳱ हो” श᭣द रखे जाएंगे ।

(ii)

᭭तंभ (12) मᱶ ᮧिवि᳥ 4 मᱶ, “िनदेशक, रᭃा िवभाग, रᭃा मंᮢालय या िनदेशक/ उप िवᱫीय सलाहकार,

रᭃा मंᮢालय/िवᱫ (अनुसंधान तथा िवकास) ........सद᭭य”, श᭣दᲂ के ᭭थान पर “िनदेशक, रᭃा िवभाग

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research

and Development Organisation, Joint Director(Administrative) and Chief Administrative Officer Group ‘A’ post,

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules 2016.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the schedule to the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Joint Director

(Administrative) and Chief Administrative Officer Group ‘A’ post, Recruitment Rules, 2013, against the post of Chief

Administrative Officer;

(i) in column (11), under the sub-heading ‘’Promotion” for the words ‘’with five years regular service in

the cadre or department’’, the words “with five years regular service in the grade’’ shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (12) in entry 4, for the words ‘’Director, Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence or

Director/Deputy Financial Advisor, Ministry of Defence/Finance (Research and Development)….

Member’’, the words ‘’Director, Department of Defence(Research and Development) or Director

Integrated Finance (Research and Development) … Member’’ shall be substituted.
