रᭃा मंᮢालय (नौसेना) मᱶ समूह ‘ग’ अनौ᳒ोिगक, भंडारगृह कमᭅचारीवृ᭠द (नौसेना भंडार संगठन) पद भतᱮ िनयम, 2014 का संशोधन
करने के िलए िन᳜िलिखत िनयम बनाते हᱹ, अथाᭅत्:-

संिᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧार᭥भ.- (1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᳙ नाम एकᳱकृत मुयालय, रᭃा मंᮢालय (नौसेना), समूह ‘ग’ अनौ᳒ोिगक
भंडारगृह कमᭅचारीवृ᭠द (नौसेना भंडार संगठन) पद (संशोधन) िनयम, 2017 है।
(2) ये राजपᮢ मᱶ उनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे।

िनयम 2 मᱶ, दोनᲂ ᭭थानᲂ पर, “वेतन बᱹड और ᮕेड वेतन/वेतनमान” ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭थान पर “वेतन मैᳯᮝस का
लेवल” कᳱ ᮧिवि᳥ कᳱ जाएगी;

ᮧिव᳥ कᳱ जाएगी और “वेतन बᱹड-1 (5200-20200ᱧ) ᮕेड वेतन 1900ᱧ” के ᭭थान पर “वेतन मैᳯᮝस के
लेवल-2 (19900-63200ᱧ)” ᮧिव᳥ कᳱ जाएगी;
(ख)
ᮓम संया 2 के सामने,-
(i)
᭭तंभ (1) मᱶ, “सहायक भ᭛डारी” ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭थान पर “भ᭛डारी” ᮧिव᳥ कᳱ जाएगी;
(ii)
᭭तंभ (4) मᱶ, “वेतन बᱹड-1 (5200-20200 ᱧ) ᮕेड वेतन 1900ᱧ” के ᭭थान पर “वेतन मैᳯᮝस के

S.R.O. 7.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President
hereby makes the following rules to amend the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) Group ‘C’ Store
House Staff (Naval Stores Organisation) posts Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of
Defence (Navy) Group ‘C’ Store House Staff (Naval Stores Organisation) posts recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2)
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) Group ‘C’ Store House Staff (Naval Stores
Organisation) posts Recruitment Rules, 2014, -
(1)
in rule 2, for the words “pay band and grade pay/scale of pay” in both the places where they occur, the
words “level in the pay matrix” shall be substituted;

in the Schedule,-
(a)
against serial number 1,-
(i)
in column (1), for the entry “Store Keeper”, the entry “Superintendent (Store)” shall
be substituted;
(ii)
in column (4),-
(A)
for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely,-
“Level in the pay matrix”;
(B)
for the entries “Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay- Rs. 2400”, the
entries “level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100) in the pay matrix” shall be substituted;
(iii)
in column (11), under sub-heading “promotion”, for the entries “Assistant Store
Keeper in the pay scale PB-1, Rs.5200-20200, Grade Pay Rs.1900”, the entries “Store Keeper
in level-2 (Rs.19900-63200) in the pay matrix”, shall be substituted;
(b)
against serial number 2,-
(i)
in column (1), for the entry “Assistant Store Keeper”, the entry “Store Keeper” shall
be substituted;
(ii)
in column (4), for the entries “Pay Band-1 Rs 5200-20200 Grade Pay- Rs. 1900”,
the entries “level 2 (Rs.19900-63200) in the pay matrix” shall be substituted;
(iii)
in column (5), for the entry, “Not applicable”, the entry “Non-selection” shall be
substituted;
(iv)
in column (11), under sub-heading “promotion” for the entries “Multi Tasking Staff
(Non-Industrial) with Grade Pay of Rs.1800”, the entries “Tradesman Mate in level-1
(Rs.18000-56900) in the pay matrix”, shall be substituted.
