आ.अ. 7.—यत ननर्ााचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है दक नीचे की सारणी के स् तम् भ (2) में यथा नर्ननर्ददष् ट त्ीसग़ रा्‍ य

से नर्धान सभा के साधारण ननर्ााचन, 2013 के नलए जो स् तम् भ (3) में नर्ननर्ददष् ट ननर्ााचन क्षेत्र से हुआ है स् तम् भ (4) में उसके सामने

नर्ननर्ददष् ट ननर्ााचन लड़ने र्ाले प्रत् येक अ‍ यथी, लोक प्रनतनननधत् र् अनधननयम, 1951 तथा तदधीन बनाए गए ननयमों द्वारा अपेनक्षत उक् त

सारणी के स् तम् भ (5) में यथादर्शशत अपने ननर्ााचन व् ययों का कोई भी लेखा दानखल करने अथर्ा रीनत के अनुसार लेखा दानखल करने में

असफल रहे हैं;

और, यत: उक् त अ‍ यर्शथयों ने, सम् यक् सूचना ददए जाने पर भी उक् त असफलता के नलए कोई कारण अथर्ा स् पष् टीकरण नहद ददया

है या उनके द्वारा ददये गये अ‍ यार्ेदनों पर, यदद कोई हो, नर्चार करने के पश् चात् ननर्ााचन आयोग का यह समाधान हो गया है दक उनके

पास उक् त असफलता के नलए कोई पयाा्‍ त कारण या ्‍ यायिनचत् य नहद है।

अत: अब, ननर्ााचन आयोग उक् त अनधननयम की धारा 10-क के अनुसरण में नीचे की सारणी के स् तम् भ (4) में नर्ननर्ददष् ट व् यनययों

को संसद के दकसी भी सदन के या दकसी रा्‍ य/ससंघ रा्‍ य की नर्धान सभा अथर्ा पिरदद् के सदस् य चुने जाने और सदस् य होने के नलए इस

आदेश की तारीख से तीन र्दा की कालार्नध के नलए ननरर्शहत घोनदत करता है :-

New Delhi, the 7th April, 2017

O.N. 7.— Whereas, the Election Commission is satisfied that each of the contesting candidates specified in

column (4) of the Tabel below at the General Election to the Legislative Assembly, 2013 from State of Chhattisgarh as

specified in column (2) held from the constituency specified in column (3) against his/her election expenses at all or in

the manner as required by the Representation of the People Act, 1951, and the rules made thereunder as shown in

column(5) of the said Table;

And whereas, the said candidates have either not furnished any reason or explanation, the said failure even after

due notice of the Election Commission is satisfied that they have no good reason or justification for the said failure;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 10A of the said Act, the Election Commission hereby declares the

persons specified in column (4) of the Table below to be disqualified for being chosen as, and for being a member of

either House of the Parliament of the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Council of a State/Union Territory for a

and the rules made thereunder as shown in column(5) of the said Table;

And whereas, the said candidates have either not furnished any reason or explanation for the said failure even

after due notice of the Election Commission, or after considering the representation if any, made by them, the Election

Commission is satisfied that they have no good reason or justification for the said failure;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 10A of the said Act, the Election Commission hereby declares the
