S.R.O. 25.— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (1A) of Section 12 of the National Cadet

Carps Act, 1948 (31 of 1948), Central Government hereby notifies appointment of Ms. Sushmita Dev and Maj. Gen.

(Retd) B.C. Khanduri, Member of Parliament (Lol Sabha) as members of the Central Advisory Committee for the

National Cadet Corps and for that purpose amends notification of Government of India in Ministry of Defence No.

S.R.O. 76(E) dated the 10^th October, 1983, as amended from time to time as follows, namely:—

मंᮢालय, रᭃा अनुसंधान और िवकास संगठन के समूह ‘ग’ (सुरᭃा) पद भतᱮ िनयम, 2012 का संशोधन करने के िलए

िन᳜िलिखत िनयम बनाते हᱹ, अथाᭅत्:—

संिᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧारंभ

संिᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧारंभ—1.इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᳙ नाम रᭃा मंᮢालय, रᭃा अनुसंधान और िवकास संगठन,

समूह ‘ग’ (सुरᭃा) पद भतᱮ (संशोधन) िनयम, 2017 है।

ये सरकारी राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे।

रᭃा मंᮢालय, रᭃा अनुसंधान और िवकास संगठन के समूह ‘ग’ (सुरᭃा) पद भतᱮ िनयम, 2012 मᱶ,

president hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and

Development Organisation Group ‘C’ (Security) posts Recruitment Rules,2012, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence

Research and Development Organisation, Group ‘C’ (Security) Posts Recruitment (Amendment)

Rules,2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation Group ‘C’ (Security)

Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012,-

(1) In Rule 2, for the words “pay band and grade pay/pay scale” and “pay band and pay or pay

scale” the words “level in the pay matrix” shall be substituted ;

(2) In the schedule,-

(a) Against the post of Security Assistant ‘C’,-

(i) In Column (4).-

(A) For the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-

“Level in the pay matrix”.

(B) For the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Level-5 (Rs. 29200-92300)”;

(ii) In column (11), under heading ‘promotion’ , for the words and figures “in pay band-1, Rs.

5200-20200 plus Grade pay of Rs.2400” , the words, figures and brackets “in level-4

(25500-81100) in the pay matrix” shall be substituted;

(b) Against the post of Security Assistant ‘B’,

(i) In column (4) for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—

वेतन/वेतनमान” और “वेतन बᱹड, ᮕेड वेतन तथा वेतनमान” के ᭭थान पर “वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍स मᱶ ᭭तर” श᭣द रखे जाएंगे।

उᲦ िनयमᲂ मᱶ, अनुसूची मᱶ,-

(क)

संयुᲦ िनदेशक (ᮧशासन) पद के िलए,-

(I) ᭭तंभ 4 मᱶ,

(क)

शीषᭅक के ᭭थान पर िन᳜िलिखत शीषᭅक रखा जाएगा, अथाᭅत् :-

“वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍स मᱶ ᭭तर”;

(ख)

ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭थान पर, िन᳜िलिखत ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ रखी जाएंगी, अथाᭅत्:-

S.R.O. 29.—In exercise of the powers cinferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and

Development Organisation, Joint Director (Administative) and Chief Administrative Officer Group ‘A’ Posts

Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:-

1. Short title and Commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence

research and Development Organisation, Joint Director (Administrative) and Chief Administrative Officer

Group ‘A’ Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Joint Director

(Administrative) and Chief Administrative Officer Group ‘A’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2013 (hereinafter

refered to as the said rules), in rule 3, for the words “pay band and grade pay/pay scale” and “pay band grade

pay and scale of pay”, the words “Levele in the Pay Matrix” shall be substituted.

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,-

(a) against the post of Joint Director (Administative),-

(i) in column (4),

(A) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:—

“Level in the Pay matrix”;

(B) for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :—

“Level-13 (Rs.118500-214100)”

(ii) in column (11),-

(A) Under the sub-heading ‘Promtion’ for the entries “scale of pay of Rs.15600-39100

with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600 in Pay Band-3”, the entries “Level-12 (Rs. 78800-

209200) in the Pay Matrix” shall be substituted.

(B) Under sub-heading ‘Deputation’ at para (a) (ii), for the entries “scale of Rs.

15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7600 in Pay Band-3’’, the entries ‘‘Level-12

(Rs. 78800-209200) in the Pay Matrix’’ shall be substituted;

(b) Against the post of Chief Administrative Officer,

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the entries ‘‘Level-12 (Rs. 78800-209200) in the pay

matrix’’ shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (11),

(A) under sub-heading ‘Promotion’, for the entries ‘‘scale of Rs. 15600-39100 with

Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 in pay Band-3’’ the entries ‘‘Level-11 (Rs. 67700-

208700) in the Pay matrix’’ shall be substituted;

(B) under sub-heading ‘Deputation’, at para (a) (ii), for the entries ‘‘scale of pay of

Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 in Pay Band-3’’, the entries

‘‘Level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700) in the Pay matrix’’ shall be substituted;
